White Rose Shopping Centre

The multi award winning White Rose Shopping Centre is owned and managed by Land Securities Properties Ltd. White Rose first opened its doors on 25th March 1997 and occupies a 76 acre site located four miles south-west of Leeds City Centre and is adjacent to the M1, M62 and M621 motorways.

The Centre offers over 680,000sqft of retail space and is home to over 100 retailers in addition to 23 retail merchandising units. The north of the centre is anchored by a Debenhams department store and the south by Sainsbury’s.

Major space users include Marks & Spencer, Bhs, Boots, Monsoon, Next, Primark, WH Smith, Argos, Zara. The ‘Upper Circle’ food court is occupied by 7 national food operators. The centre has 4,800 free car parking spaces including disabled / parent & child spaces.

Located on the outskirts of Leeds, White Rose serves a large and loyal catchment ensuring a consistently strong performance from retailers. Internal and external space is available for promotional use at prime points throughout the centre. The sites pose a fantastic opportunity for experiential activities, customer acquisition and awareness drives, and can also accommodate retail installations and RMU’s.
