Buchanan Galleries shopping centre is set in the heart of Glasgow city centre, a city full of style and recognised as one of the premier lifestyle and retail destinations in the UK.

The centre is located on the axis of the famous Glaswegian shopping streets, Buchanan Street and Sauchiehall Street and is home to over 90 of the best retail names, including shops you won’t find anywhere else in Glasgow, or even Scotland, from retail giants to small independents.

Buchanan Galleries sets a high standard for customer service and satisfaction, offering shoppers excellent facilities including 2,000 on-site parking spaces and easy access via public transport being next door to Buchanan bus station, the underground and Queen Street train station (and Glasgow Central station is just 5 minutes walk away). The centre is also home to the Retail Academy, which provides training and recruitment for local people looking to get into retail. Each year the centre works with a nominated charity to help fundraising efforts and also fund local community groups who are struggling to find support elsewhere with their Community Bursary.

Exciting long term plans are in place to develop and improve Buchanan Galleries, including a vision to double the size of the current centre and add new shopping, restaurant and leisure facilities. As well as adding an additional 700,000 square feet of retail space, the centre is also planning a new 2,500 multi-storey car park above Buchanan Bus Station, to improve the station and create a transport hub for the city. In addition a new restaurant quarter will be created and a stunning new atrium entrance to Buchanan Galleries and the Royal Concert Hall.

Buchanan Galleries offers fantastic commercial opportunities at their three main event spaces on the ground floor, first floor and at the very busy Buchanan Street entrance. These areas are perfect for experiential and customer acquisitions activities, positioned in prime, high footfall areas with maximum visibility along the malls, two of which are located at the entrance of anchor tenant John Lewis.
